• Human Factors Integration planning and implementation for large-scale engineering projects
• Control room design, function and task analysis, specification development
• Organisational safety including safety culture assessment and organisation-wide investigation of safety issues
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Competency assessment of individuals, and development of competency matrices and competency-based training systems
• Cognitive studies including workload and human reliability assessments
• Physical ergonomics, access design, anthropometric assessments and workplace design
• Public space design in airports, train stations and large event complexes including layout and space requirements; crowd flow; wayfinding assessment; and accessibility design
• Working environment studies including area limits, lighting studies and health risk assessments
